The website gives general information about JB Construction’s services and examples of previous work. We take reasonable care to keep it accurate, but it is not technical, structural, planning or legal advice and should not be relied on as such.
Enquiries and quotations
Sending an email, making a telephone enquiry or arranging a visit does not create a contract or commit either party to proceed. Availability, scope, timescales and price are subject to review of the proposed work and confirmation in writing.
A quotation is based on the information and site conditions reasonably available at the time. Its stated validity period and any exclusions or assumptions will apply. Changes, unforeseen conditions and additional work may affect cost and timing, but will be discussed before additional work proceeds wherever practicable.

Photographs are examples of completed or in-progress work. Every property and project is different, so they do not guarantee an identical result. Images may not be copied, republished or used commercially without written permission.
