KITCHEN RIP-OUT & INSTALLATION
The existing kitchen was stripped back before new sage cabinetry, quartz-effect worktops, tiled splashbacks, lighting, appliances and flooring were installed to create a calm and practical room.

INSTALLATION
COMPLETE BATHROOM REFIT
The old bathroom was completely removed before new plumbing, electrical work and moisture-resistant boarding were installed. The finished room combines large-format stone-effect tiles, a dark feature wall, copper details and illuminated recessed niches.
STRIP-OUT
The old suite, tiles and wall finishes were taken out to expose the room’s structure.
FIRST FIX
Plumbing and electrics were prepared for the new bathroom layout and fittings.
FINISHED KITCHEN RENOVATION
A carefully finished open-plan kitchen combining painted shaker cabinetry, warm oak joinery and a generous stone-topped island, with black-framed doors opening onto the garden.

KITCHEN RENOVATION
Deep navy cabinetry, brushed brass fittings, marble-effect splashbacks and clean white worktops create a practical, carefully detailed galley kitchen.

BATHROOM REFURBISHMENT
Warm timber-effect finishes, large-format neutral tiles and a compact fitted layout make this bathroom calm, bright and easy to use.
WALK-IN SHOWER ROOM
Large-format grey tiling, black fittings and a frameless walk-in shower are balanced by a sculptural freestanding stone basin.
BATHROOM REFIT
A complete refit combining stone-effect tiling, a fitted vanity, wall-hung sanitaryware and a clean glass bath screen.
CLOAKROOM REFIT
A compact cloakroom finished with deep blue walls, crisp white tiling, a wall-hung toilet and a space-saving basin.
ROOFING
New clay tiles, carefully formed hips and ridges, and neatly finished roof junctions give this property a durable traditional roofline.
ROOF REPLACEMENT
A crisp replacement roof finished in grey tiles, with carefully aligned hips, ridges and junctions around the existing chimney.
CHIMNEY REBUILD
The chimney was rebuilt and made weather-tight before being rendered, topped with renewed brick detailing and fitted with the existing pots.
LANDSCAPING & TILING
Dark porcelain paving, timber privacy screening and patterned feature tiles turn a narrow garden level change into a useful, characterful outdoor space.
